Current Funding Needs

Thrive Co-Living Communities is initiating our fundraising efforts through social media, a GoFundMe campaign, Google Ad words (we have qualified for a Google for Not-For-Profits, which includes $10k/month in Google Adwords spending) and our new website.

We plan no staff salaries, rent, or utilities as part of our first-year expenses. We have registration and fees that have been spent for IRS 501(c)(3) status, trademark application fee, filing fees, etc.

Our next step is to work with an architect to create a comprehensive program design and architectural renderings. This will include features, activities, building scope and preliminary design, budget and construction estimates for our first location in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. This will require $25,000 in funding.

Once the program design and renderings been completed,  we will hire a director of development to write foundation grants for seed money for the next stage of the project. This step will require $10,000 in funding.
